An Afternoon at the Library

On Wednesdays, Amir goes to the library after school. The library is next to a swimming pool. He leaves his bag by a chair and looks for a book. He likes books about animals, especially birds.

Today, Amir finds a book about animals in cold places. He sits at a table and reads for an hour. The library is quiet, so it is easy to read there. Before he leaves, he chooses two books to take home. He shows his library card to the woman at the desk. At home, he tells his little sister about the animals in his new books.
