A Day at the Beach

Sophie and her cousin Eric are at the beach with their grandparents. They arrive early, when the beach is quiet. Grandma puts their bags beside a large rock. Grandpa opens a big umbrella so they can sit out of the sun.

Sophie and Eric make a sandcastle near the water. They use a small cup to carry wet sand. Later, they swim with Grandpa. Grandma stays on the beach and reads her book. At lunchtime, they all eat together. Before they go home, Sophie takes a photo of the sandcastle. She wants to show it to her friends at school.
